Ingredients

    2 medium summer squashes sliced up
    1 pkg of spaghetti cooked
    2 cans hunts diced tomatoes
    4 oz mozzarella cheese grated
    italian seasoning, garlic and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook pasta according to package instructions drain and put in a 9X11 baking dish
sautee together squash, tomato and seasoning to your liking and then mix with pasta in pan
spread gratted mozzarella on top and bake until golden brown
Serves about 4 people as a main dish and goes great with a salad
