A healthy delicious smoothie for the mid-afternoon or afterwork pick-me-up. The smoothie is much more refreshing if bananas are kept frozen prior to use. Ingredients

    2 frozen bananas
    1/2 c. vanilla yogurt
    1 c. soy milk
    1/2 c. orange juice
    4 tsp. Agave Blue sweetener

Directions

Put all ingredients together in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Makes 2 glasses. A delicious healthy drink.
