Introduction

I took the Weight Watcher recipe and modified it to make it a bit healthier. BUT, still white flour! I took the Weight Watcher recipe and modified it to make it a bit healthier. BUT, still white flour!
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    Cooking Spray
    4 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2cup ground flax seed
    2 T. Baking powder
    1/2 t. baking soda
    1/2 t. salt
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 large egg
    1/3 cup egg substitute
    2 cup buttermilk
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1/4 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
    1 1/3 cup dried cherries, sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix dry ingredients and add cherries. Mix liquid ingredients. Pour liquid into to dry, stirring only to combine, it can be lumpy, just make sure all flour is stirred in.
Drop with Large ice cream scoop on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam/cooking spray. Bake 12 to 15 min.
