    1# frozen california mixed Vegetables
    1/2 stick butter
    1/3 C olive oil
    1T. Italian seasoning
    1/2 Lemon Juice
    2T Garlic minced
    8oz Rotini
    1/2C onoin diced fine


Boil Pasta set aside
Melt butter and olive oil, add onion ccook till transparent
add Italian seasoning cook for 2 min
Add thawed vegetables
add Lemon juice
toss pasta, vegetable mix and Cheese
