Ingredients

    Nestle Tollhouse Butterscotch Morsels (1/2 of an 11 oz bag)
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (1/4c)
    Egg Beaters (1/4c)
    Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)
    All-Purpose Flour (3/4c)
    Baking Powder (1 tsp.)
    Salt (1/4 tsp.)
    Brown Sugar, Packed (1c)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, cream together 1/4 cup butter and 1 cup brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; stir into the sugar mixture. Mix in the morsels. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until the brownies start to pull away from the sides of the pan.

Allow to cool; cut into 20 pieces.
