Ingredients

    6 large hard-boiled eggs
    3 tbsp light Mayo
    4 tsp Grey Poupon Mustard
    1 tsp Paprika
    Salt, to taste
    Pepper, to taste

    Hard boil 6 eggs, peel and split in half. Reserve yolk in bowl and place empty egg halves into flat dish.

    Add Lt. Mayo, mustard, and salt and pepper to bowl with yolks. Mash all ingredients together. Spoon equal mixtures of mash into 12 halves of eggs. Sprinkle top with paprika. Best served chilled for about an hour.

Directions

Serving size equals one half of egg.
