Ingredients

    1 pkg coleslaw
    1 pkg sunflower seeds
    1/2 c sugar
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 pkg. chicken flavored ramen noodles
    green onions (3-4)
    slivered almonds
    3/4 c. corn oil
    1 tsp pepper
    soy sauce to taste

Directions

Saute almonds and sunflower seeds in butter.
Mix together sugar, ramen flavor packet, pepper, red wine vinegar and oil in separate bowl.
Chop green onions and add to coleslaw.
Add nut mixture to coleslaw.
Drizzle dessing mixture over coleslaw and mix.
Crumble ramen noodles over top and mix.
Add soy to taste.

*I usually just add the soy to the dressing as I make it.
*I'll also add shredded carrots (1/4 cup?).
*You can also use a head of cabbage - if you do this, double the sauce and possibly add more noodles.
