Ingredients

1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 lb boneless chicken breast
1 package (3oz) hot n spicy ramen noodles
4 cups shredded cabbage
2 cups broccoli coleslaw mix
3 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
2 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
Dressing:
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
1.5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp canola oil
1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the first eight ingredients and rub over both sides of the chicken. Broil 3-4 in. from the heat for 5-6 minutes each side. When the chickens cooled enough to handle, shred with two forks.
Set aside the seasoning packet from the ramen noodles. Break the noodles into small pieces and place into a large bowl. Add the cabbage, broccoli-slaw, onions, sesame seeds, almonds and chicken. In a jar, combine the dressing ingredients. Add the seasoning packet from the noodles, shake well. Pour over the mixture and toss to coat.
