Ingredients

    I used 4 on the vine tomatos medium size and quarter them , I used minced garlic in a jar but you could substatute 1 clove fresh garlic, two tbs of fresh celantro but you can skip it if you dont like the taste, both peppers I just removed the stems and tossed them in whole, 1/4 of both a wite and red onion, 1 tsp of curry powder.

Directions

All I did was rough chop the onion and celantro and quarterd the tomatos and threw them into my food processer, pulse till desired consistancy.
Im not 100% sertan how much it makes but its ALOT so make sure you have some tupperware if you arent throwing a party and a standard 2tbs serving is 8.5 cal.
I dont add salt but feel free!
