Chocolate - Hazelnut Cake Chocolate - Hazelnut Cake

    2 Cups Sugar
    2 Cups Flour
    4 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 Cup Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
    1/2 Cup Chocolate Nesquick Powder
    1 Cup Hazelnuts, ground
    1 Cup Mineral water or tap water
    1 Cup Oil
    5 Eggs


Sift together sugar, flour, baking powder, baking cocoa and nesquick, then add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix on low to medium just until the everything is blended well.
* Over mixing will cause cake to be dry and crumbly.
Grease and flour 2 - 9x5x2 loaf pans and pour mixture evenly in to them.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Makes 20 servings (1/2 inch pieces)
