Introduction
Found this off of EZ Coach and it's to die for! Found this off of EZ Coach and it's to die for!Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients

1 (5lb) spagetti squash
2 breasts of chickens halfed
3c of organic low sugar spagetti sauce
1.5t cinnamon
2t olive oil
1 med onion chopped
3 cloves of garlic
feta cheese
Directions
preheat oven to 375F
Pierce squash with fork, place whole squash in baking dish and cook for 30 min (until skin is soft)
Brown chicken in 1t of olive oil, set aside and clean out pan chicken was cooked in.
heat the other 1t of olive oil and saute onions and garlic, add spagetti sauce and cinnamon to pan stir. Place chicken in a baking dish and add sauce on top. Add 2 whole bay leaves on top and cover. cook chicken for 45 mins at 375 also.
Once spagetti squash is done, wait ten minutes to cool, then cut in half scoop out strings and seeds. then pull apart squash and add to bottom of serving dish.
Once chicken is done add on top of squash and top with small amount of feta cheese crumbles.
