Introduction

A fresh and (mostly) raw V8 substitute, but tastier! A fresh and (mostly) raw V8 substitute, but tastier!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Tomato paste, 2 6oz cans or raw tomato equivalent (a few lbs)
    Celery, 1 head
    Cilantro, fresh, 1/4 bunch
    Sweet red peppers, 1 cup chopped
    Large onion, 1/2
    Mixed baby greens (or greens of your choice) about 4-6 cups or 200-300 grams
    Water as needed

    Optional:
    Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp
    Texas Pete Hot Sauce, 1 tbsp

Directions

Blend all (in batches) with enough water for a thick smoothie consistency. Mix batches, adjust seasoning as desired & enjoy! Makes roughly 12 6-8 oz cups.
