Ingredients

    4 cups old-fashioned oatmeal, toasted
    28 oz canned pumpkin
    3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup wheat germ
    1/2 cup oat bran
    1/2 cup flaxseed, coarsely ground
    2 cups protein powder (unflavored, vanilla, or caramel)
    1/2 cup honey
    1 tsp sweet n low if desired for added sweetness
    4 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp nutmeg

Directions

Toast oats till crunchy. Mix all ingredients except oats in mixer. Add oats. Press into large cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
