Ingredients



    * *Potato, raw, 5 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * *Cooking spray Pam 1/8 tsp, .5 gram, 3 seconds, 1 serving
    * Salt, .25 tsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 dash

Directions

Cut potatoes and onion into small cubes. Spray pan with cooking spray (I usually use olive oil spray). Put potatoes and onion in pan, heat on medium high heat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, cover and cook until done, approximately 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove cover, and brown to desired crispness. Makes 4 servings, about 1/2 cup each.
