Ingredients

    12 oz. frozen flounder filets, thawed
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Put fish in a baking dish sprayed with olive oil spray. Pour melted butter over top, sprinkle bread crumbs & cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees until fish flakes easily; about 15-20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.

    My family enjoyed this - it was a nice change from the usual flounder I make. I used Panko Flakes - Italian style instead of bread crumbs - calories from fat are alot less. - 7/23/10
