Ingredients

    * Ground beef, 12 oz
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    * Stewed Tomatoes, 2 cup
    * Tomato Paste, .33 cup
    * Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    * 3 potatoes small
    * Milk, nonfat, .25 cup
    * Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    * Green Beans (snap), 2 cup

Directions

Brown ground beef, onions, and mushrooms.
Drain
Add celery, broccoli, green beans. and 1/4 cup water. cook til tender.
Add tomato paste and stewed tomatoes. Bring to boil then remove from heat.
Dice potatoes, boil in water. Mash with milk.
Place hamburger mixture in 1/5 quart casserole. Top with mashed potatoes.
Bake for 20-25 mins or until heated thru.
