Ingredients

    Turkey breast meat and skin, 11 oz
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, small (4" dia)
    Carrots, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Green Beans (snap), .25 cup
    *Chicken Flavored Soup Base, Orrington Farms, 1 tsp
    *McCormick Turkey Gravy (Mix), 1 cup
    Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
    Kitchen Basics Chicken Cooking Stock Less Sodium, 4 cup
    Sage, ground, 1 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    *celtic sea salt, 3 tsp
    *Minced Onion, .5 tsp
    *ground tumeric, .5 tsp
    Bay Leaf, 1 tsp, crumbled

Directions

Simmer turkey carcass for 2-3 hours in water.
Strain broth and discard bones and skin
Chop up and steam vegetables until al dente
Add 4 cups chicken stock, 1 tsp soup base, turkey gravy mix and seasonings to turkey broth and stir
Add chopped turkey and steamed vegetables.
Simmer for 30min-1 hour.
