    Winter Squash, 1.5 cup, cubes (remove)
    Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 16 tbs (remove)
    *Kirkland Pure Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)
    *Flour, spelt, 2.25 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Cloves, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
    Ginger, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp (remove)

Directions

makes 2 loaf pans
mix well - first 5 ingredients.
Then add mixed dry ingredients to the squash mixture. Beat just enough to blend. Cook at 350F for 40 min. freezes well
