1 can of corn
1 can of black beans
1 organic box of roasted red pepper and tomato soup
1 cup onion
3 garlic cloves
2 chicken breasts pre-cooked
1 can low sodium chicken broth
1/2 can h20
Directions
makes approx 6- 2 cup servings
Blacken corn in dry pan remove and add to soup pot. Saute onion and garlic until tender, add to soup pot. Add black beans (do not drain), cooked chicken , and box of red pepper soup. chicken broth, 1/2 h20. Add salt, pepper and cumin to taste. Heat through and enjoy!
