Ingredients
-
1 graham cracker (2 squares)
1 regular size marshmallow
1/4 of a Hershey bar
Directions
makes 1 gooey chocolate treat (multiply by as many people as you need to)
Break the graham cracker in half so you have 2 squares. Place 1/4 of the chocolate bar on a square & place 1 full size marshmallow on top. Microwave 15-20 seconds- the marshmallow will puff up to 3X it's size. Place the second square on top & MUSH!
A fun twist: Take a food coloring marker & draw a silly face on the marshmallow, then watch it expand in the microwave. Kids love it!

I make these when I'm really craving something decadent, but not too many calories. I like them better than the campfire kind--no bugs! I don't use a microwave--place the marshmallow on sprayed foil in the toaster oven, turn for even browning, remove, place on top of crackers & chocolate, & smush. - 7/17/10
