Ingredients

    4 Large eggs
    1 cup skim milk
    2T Dijon mustard
    ¼ t Black pepper
    4 cups whole grain bread cut into ½ inch cubes
    1 cup diced ham
    ½ cup shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350. Coat a glass baking dish with pan spray.
2. Whisk eggs and milk in a medium bowl. Add mustard and black pepper.
3. Toss bread and ham in a large bowl. Add egg mixture and toss well to coat
4. Transfer to glass baking dish and cover with foil.
5. Bake until set, 40-45 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and bake until golden brown, 10-15 minutes.

Makes 6 - 8 wedges in a 9 inch pie dish, depending on your cut. We go with 6 because everyone loves this dish!
