    150g Gluten Free Self Raising Flour
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    150ml skimmed milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 egg
    15g butter, melted

Directions

1. Mix liquids with melted butter
2. Mix flour and baking powder
3. Combine flour mix and liquids
4. Dry fry on griddle
5. Makes 4 large (6") pancakes
