Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup butter
    3/4 cup ground flax seed
    2 large eggs
    4 very ripe bananas, mashed
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/3 cup skim milk
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 1/2 cups flour

Directions

Mix in large bowl. Pour batter into 4 small loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 42 minutes. Each loaf makes about 6 servings.
