Ingredients

    3 boneless skinless chicken breasts--about 2lbs
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
    2 T soy sauce
    3 cloves garlic
    2 lemons

Directions

Place chicken in crockpot. Add brown sugar and turn chicken to coat. Add liquids. Crush and peel garlic and add in. Slice lemons and place slices over chicken.

Cook on low for 8 hours. Makes 6 servings--have some rice and veggies with it!

    Good, but my chicken came out a little dry. Hard to eat. - 10/8/10

    Maybe try cooking it for 6 hours or so next time? I know crockpots can cook at different temperatures, perhaps yours was a little hotter than mine.
