Ingredients

2 cans low sodium tomato sauce
1 can low sodium diced tomatoes
1 onion cut into big chunks
3 large stalks of celery cut into 1" pieces
    24 medium baby carrots
    3 medium potatoes chunked
    1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
    1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
    2 cups Chicken Stock
16 oz Cod filet cut into bit size pieces
    18 large shrimp butterflied

Directions

Place all of your vegetables, tomato products, seasoning, and chicken stock in large crockpot. Place on low and cook all day.

Ten minutes before you are ready to serve, add your fish and shrimp. Mix thoroughly, turn the heat off and let it sit with the lid on.

Makes six large servings.

This can also be made stove top, and will take approximately an hour to cook until all of the veggies are soft. Add your fish during the last five minutes with the heat turned off and the lid on. It will cook in the heat of the stew.
