Ingredients
-
-Minced Garlic, 4 tsp
-Onions, raw, 1 medium
-Ground Turkey (1.3 lb)
-1 can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes (Basil, Garlic, Oregano)
-4 cups fresh Spinach
-1 jar Classico Spaghetti Sauce, Traditional Sweet Basil
- 8 oz Publix fat free Sour Cream
-1/2 cup DiGiorno Shredded Three Cheese
-1 box Mueller's Whole Wheat Penne Pasta
-1 cup shredded Mozzarella
Directions
1. Spray pan with olive oil cooking spray.
2. Saute onions and garlic.
3. Add turkey and cook thoroughly.
4. Add seasonings to taste. (I used basil, oregano, rosemary, pepper)
5. Add diced tomatoes and spinach and cook for 1 minute.
6. Add spaghetti sauce, sour cream, and parm and allow to simmer while cooking pasta.
7. Combine meat mixture with pasta and top with mozzarella.
8. Cook at 375 for 30 minutes.
Makes 7 servings.
