    3 bananas
    2 cups, whole wheet flour
    1 tsp baking flour
    1 cups honey
    1 tbsp canola oil
    20 tbsp flax seed meal
    1 cup walnuts
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup skim milk

Directions

Oven 350*F
Mash Bananas
Add oil, mix throughly
Add baking powder stir
Add flour, Flax Seed Meal, stir
Add skim milk, stir, adjust for consistancy
Add walnuts, raisins
