Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 packet yeast
    1/2 tsp sugar
    3/4 cup warm water
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup wheat flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 T olive oil
    Desired pizza toppings

Directions

Combine yeast, sugar, and water. Let sit for ten minutes, or until foamy.
In another bowl, combine flours, salt, and oil. Add yeast mixture and combine. Turn onto floured surface and knead for 8 to 10 minutes.
Let rise in a greased bowl for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until dough has doubled. Remove to a floured surface and press/roll into desired size.
Grill over medium heat for 3 minutes, then flip, add toppings, close cover, and grill until cheese is melted.

*Note: 2 cups of either flour can be used in place of the mixture of both flours.
