Ingredients

    One Large Yellow Onion,1/2 cup flour, 1/3 cup egg substitute, cooking spray salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Peel and slice onion into thick slices to make your *onion rings* Soak the slices in the egg substitute then put into the flour salt and pepper mixture. Place on large sprayed cookie sheet making sure the rings aren't touching. Then use your cooking spray to coat the tops of the rings for browning. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes and enjoy. Makes 3 to 4 servings
