    1 cup unsweeteend almond milk
    1 medium banana
    3 cups fresh spinach
    1 tbs ground flax seed


Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Add a cup or two of ice cubes and blend again.

    It's even better with strawberries or blueberries added to it, though the color starts to turn gray and doesn't look very appealing. :-(
