Ingredients

9 Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles
1 Can Hunts Spaghetti Sauce
1 Small Can Tomato Paste
1 Cup Water
2 Cups Low Fat Cottage Cheese
2 Cups Low Fat Mozzerella Cheese, Shredded - Divided
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
1 Egg
2 T Dried Parsley
Salt and Pepper
Directions
Brown turkey then add spaghetti sauce, water and tomato paste to meat.
In medium bowl combine cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, 1cup mozzerella cheese and salt and pepper.
Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
Spread 1 cup of sauce in bottom of pan, top with 3 UNCOOKED noodles. Top noodles with another cup of sauce and then add half the cheese mixture. Add 3 more noodles. Repeat once more with another cup of sauce and the rest of the cheese mixture. Add another 3 noodles, the rest of the sauce and then top with the remaining 1 cup of mozzerella cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
