Introduction

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 can Cream of Celery Soup
    2 cups frozen peas
    2 cups diced onions
    2 cups diced celery
    2 cups deiced red bell pepper
    18 oz tuna packed in water (drained)
    6 whole wheat lasagna noodles
    8 oz of lowfat swiss cheese
    fresh basil

Directions

Mix the first 7 ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Cook the noodles till just soft, they will continue to cook in the oven. Cut the swiss cheese into 8 1oz slices.
In a lasagna pan, spread a layer of tuna mixture, add 3 lasagna noodles, then 4 slices of cheese. Repeat the layering ending with the cheese.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 min. Let set and cool for 10 minutes, slice into nine equal portions and garnish with fresh basil. ENJOY!!
