    dash ground black peppper
    dash crushed red pepper
1 lb round beef steak (preferrably 4 steaks)

If using Foreman Gill, preheat for 5 minutes.

Immediately before grilling rub spice mixture evenly onto both sides of steak.

Lower lid and grill 3 minutes for medium, 1 minute less for rare, 1 minute more for well.

If not using Foreman Grill, simply preheat and grill/broil as you normally would for steaks this size.

Allow your steaks to set for a couple minutes so flavor is evenly distributed.

Great dry rub - better even if you let the flavors hang out together for an hour before grilling. - 6/7/09

My husband decided to defrost some chopped sirlion steaks for dinner. Instead of just grilling them I used your spice blend. It made the steaks very tasty. Thank you for helping me realize that I can add spice to foods and it doesn't have to be HOT. - 6/21/09

I didn't use red pepper or salt, instead, I added some Mrs. Dash. This was terrific and very easy to fix. I'll do it again. - 6/21/09
