Ingredients

    7.5 oz boneless pork fried in rice wine and soy
    2.5 cups uncooked brown minute rice
    2 eggs
    .5 cup minced onion
    .25 cup green onions
    peas or another vergetable (optional)
    .5 Tbls chinese 5 spice
    pepper to taste

Directions

Cook rice as directed.
Combo all ingredients except eggs until blended and heated through.
Make a well in pan and pour in mixed eggs
allow to scramble for a minute or 2 and then mix everything well.
