Introduction

Ingredients

    Pasta, cooked, 100 grams
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 tomato
    Onions, raw, 1 medium, chopped finely (2-1/2" dia)
    Garlic, 2 cloves, finely chopped
    Whipped Cream, pressurized, .5 cup
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp or as per taste
    Salt, 1 tsp or as per taste
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Pasta Mix if available, 2 tsp
    Oregano (dried) if available, 1 tbsp

Directions

First cook the pasta separately. Chop onions and garlic and fry them in 1 tbsp of olive oil in rounded pan. Add chopped tomatoes and cook them until they are mixed nicely to make a paste (about 10 to 12 mins). Add salt (as per taste) and pepper. If you have Pasta Mix powder add that too for flavour. You can also add oregano for more flavour. After they are cooked nicely, add the cream. Let it cook for 3 minutes and then add the pasta. Cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot :)
