This is NOT low carb! Dreamfields pasta has been shown to be no more 'low carb' than any other pasta. Plus you don't use low-fat products in low carb recipes: No nonfat milk, no fake butter. The carb count of 33 net carbs is probably closer to being right than the supposed 13 net carbs. - 8/10/15

I don't know why you think this is low carb! I agree with Whitedov1208. That is more than I can eat in a whole day. And just because the pasta is supposed to be better carbs, if you are a diabetic, I would still stay away from this recipe. Let your meter be your guide. - 2/24/12

Low carbers beware - not low carb. Peas, non-fat milk, french fried onions, Cream of Mushroom soup are all high carb ingredients. This is in the wrong category. - 9/17/11

I'm confused at the carb count. The nutritional info says it's 45.9 per serving??? I'm anxious to try it!!! - 8/26/09

That's because with the Dreamfields pasta the impactable carbs is lower. If you add the recipe to your meal planner and you have it setup for counting carbs for low carb diets you will see the lower carb count.
