This was sent out with one of my Beachbody newsletters. I love traditional apple crisp, but it's a big no-no on P90X. But after one bite of this, you'll never want traditional apple crisp again! Ingredients

    * *Apple - Granny Smith 1 medium, 5
    * Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    * Brown Sugar, 6 tsp packed
    * Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp
    * Rolled Oats, 0.5 cup
    * Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp

Directions

Combine apples, cinnamon, and maple syrup in bowl. Toss.
Combine butter, brown sugar, and oats in bowl. Mix until resembles coarse meal.

Pour apple mixture into baking dish. Pour oat mixture over apples.

Cook at 375 deg F for 30 mins or until apples are soft.
