Introduction
Want a peice of the tropics without all of the calories and fat? This pie is for you!It's my second variation of this crustless yummy recipe (thanks to the Bisquick in the mix).

Ingredients

Filling:
8 oz Cream Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese (Softtened)
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1/3 cup Egg Beaters Liquid Egg Whites
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
12 tsp Key Lime Juice (fresh or bottled)
Topping
1 1/2 cups Cool Whip Lite
2 tsp Lime Juice, Nellie & Joe's Key West
Garnish
1 Tablespoon-Sliced Almonds
1 Thin Slice of Real Lime
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees. Prepare pie pan by spraying with olive oil non-stick cooking spray.
With mixer, blend softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add rest of the ingredients and blend until all incorporated.
Pour into prepared pie pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean. Top may crack, that's ok, we will be covering it up with the topping!
Cool on wire rack then put into refrigerater to cool completely.
When fully cold, mix lite cool whip and lime juice, spread on top of pie. Garnish with sliced almonds and a slice of real lime in the middle for "appeal" if you have one!
Serving size 1/10 of a pie. (Pie sliced in 10 even peices)
