Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
    *Daisy Light Sour Cream, 16 tbsp (remove)
    *Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Walnuts, .75 cup, chopped (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 4 cup, mashed (remove)


Directions

mix with mixer 3-4 mashed bananas, sugar, eggs and sour cream

mix in different bowl flour, salt and baking soda
add to banana mixture and mix

add in 1 cup walnuts (optional)

pour into 2 loaf pans and let sit for 20 -30 mins (to let rise)
bake @350 for 45 min
