Ingredients

1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
3 TBSP Corn Starch
1 Pound bag of bean sprouts
1 can of sliced mushrooms, including juice
1 can of water chestnuts, including juice
2 cups cooked, chopped chicken breast (5-6 breasts)
2 cups 1/2 inch diagonally sliced celery
1 cup thinly sliced onion
2 cups frozen Arctic Gardens frozen Thai Stir-fry veggies
2 cups frozen No-Name California Style Mixed Vegetables
2 cups brown rice
2 TBSP Margarine (Optional, included in nutrit. calculation)
2 Tsp Salt (Optional, included in nutrit. calculation)
Directions
Mix soy sauce and corn starch in the bottom of a very large (4.5L +) microwavable bowl. Add all other ingredients except for last three (rice, marg, salt). Stir and microwave on high for 10 minutes. Stir. Microwave 10 more minutes and stir. Microwave another 5-10 minutes until cooked through.
While chow mein is cooking, prepare 2 cups of rice according to package directions.
Makes 7 large servings.
