Introduction
I have to give credit to ALECSANRDA for this recipe. the recipe sounded amazing, and then I added some spinach to it. and I substituted splenda brown sugar blend instead of brown sugar. Ingredients

4 t Splenda Brown Sugar unpacked
12 oz skinless boneless chicken
1 clove garlic
2 T butter salted
1t salt
1 dash pepper
2 oz spinach
Directions
makes 4 3oz servings...
melt butter and saute garlic.
once browned. place chicken in the pan and brown on each side til cooked thoroughly, adding salt and pepper when desired.
once chicken is just about done, add sugar to the chicken and continue cooking about 5 more minutes (please make sure its cooked throughout before eating!).
Remove chicken from the pan and add your spinach and saute. I made brown rice with this, and added the rice to the pan (cooked rice) and used up the drippings on the rice to flavor it.
