Introduction

Ingredients

    6 oz cooked rotisserie chicken
    1 can Trader Joe's cuban-style black beans
    1 cup cooked brown rice
    3.5 tsp Chachi's salsa
    3/4 cup Sargento's Mexican Blend cheese

Directions

Cut up chicken into bite-size pieces. Mix black beans and rice in small casserole dish, stir in cut up chicken. Top with salsa, cheese. Put in oven at 350 for 20 minutes to melt cheese and heat other ingredients.
