Introduction

Ingredients

    *Spaghetti Squash, 1/2 vegatable
    *Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Tomato & Basil, 1 jar
    *Turkey (browned), Ground turkey, 93% lean, 2 lbs.
    *Fat Free Cottage Cheese, 3 cups
    *Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    *Oregano, ground, 2 tsp
    *Onion Salt, .1 tsp
    *Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar, 1 cup

Directions

In sprayed 9x13 casserole dish, layer cooked spaghetti sqaush strands. Next, layer cottage cheese, then layer browned ground turkey, then spaghetti sauce, then top with cheese.

Place in oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes(ish) until cheese is melted and lasagna is hot all the way through.


NOTE:
To cook spaghetti squash: cut in half long way and remove seeds. Add 2 TBS water to the seed cavity and cover the squash with plastic wrap. Microwave for 8-10 minutes. Let set till cool enough to touch. Using a fork, pull down the insides of the squash. The flesh will come off in spaghetti-like strands.
