Ingredients

1 cup lukewarm water
4 tsp honey
1 envelope dry active yeast (1 tsp)
1 1/4 c all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine lukewarm water and honey, sprinkle yeast and let stand until foamy (about 10 minutes).
2. Add yeast mixture to bread machine Add both flours and salt.
3. Set Bread machine on dough setting. Once this has finished turn dough out into a bowl sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cover with damp towel or plastic wrap until doubles in volume.
4. Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and add dough.
5. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 350F for about 1 hour.
6. Remove pan from oven and turn pan on its side for 10 minutes to help release it from the sides. Remove loaf and let cool on wire rack.
**Can be made fully in the bread machine, but note that the sides will not have the same crusty consistency and the shape with differ.

This is a recipe that I found in my weight watchers cookbook and I just used the bread machine to do all the work, except the baking!!!! It is a lot easier than the recipe looks! If you are looking for any more recipes that are weight friendly just let me know and I will have a look in my book
