Introduction
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees1. Precook the noodles for at least 12 minutes
2- Brown hamburger in skillet, add mushrooms and onion
3- Add remaining ingredients including drained noodles and stir completely
4- Cook coverred for 30 minutes and then remove. Cover the top of cassarole with mozzarella cheese and put back in the oven uncovered for 10 minutes
5- Remove and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
Makes a large amount so you can freeze leftovers.

1.5 lbs lean hamburger
8 0z sliced mushrooms
1 small sweet onion
1 pkg Great Value Beef Stew Seasoning Mix
28 fl oz Can of Aylmer No Salt added Diced Tomatoes
28 fl oz 1% milk (use can above for easy measuring)
3 tbsp Worchester sauce
2 cups heartland whole wheat elbow macaroni
2 cups Italpasta Scoobi Doo noodles
1 cup shredded mozarella cheese
(Any noodles can be used. I try and put at least half the amount in whole wheat)

Makes 20+ servings of 1 1/2 cups (depends on size on noodles used)
