Ingredients

12 oz. Neufchatel Cheese (Great Value Brand)
8 Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls-Room Temperature (Kroger Brand)
20 oz. Can of No Sugar Added Cherry Pie Filling (Great Value Brand)
    1/2 Cup Splenda Granulated Sweetener
    1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
About 30 Sprays of Spray Butter

Directions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Spray an 8×8 pan with cooking spray. Take half of your crescent roll dough (four crescent rolls) and spread it out in the bottom of your pan a bit, pressing to seal. Put the remaining half back in the refrigerator until you're ready for it as it's harder to work with at room temperature.

Cream the neufchatel cheese, Splenda and vanilla with a mixer until smooth. Spread over the crescent dough in pan. Pour Pie Filling over the top and spread to edges. top with remaining crescent rolls. I worked them on a plate to flatten and seal them then put them over the pan.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of granulated sugar over top (I didn't think splenda would be good here). Then coat top with spray butter.

Bake 30-45 minutes
