Introduction

This is my absolute favorite sauce for whole wheat pasta. Fresh ingredients, no added sugar or chemicals.

You can adjust the amounts of garlic and basil to taste.

Ingredients

    5 Cups freshly chopped tomatoes
    3 Cloves Minced Garlic
    2 Tablespoons fresh chopped basil
    2 Tablespoons Olive oil
    Salt to taste (not calculated)

Directions

Sautee Garlic in olive oil unitl just browned, add the rest of the ingredients. Cook on high heat until tomatoes are thoroughly cooked. Stir in pasta of choice (not in calculation).
