    1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped carrot
    1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    4 Tbsp. balsamic vinaigrette

Directions

Makes 12 1/2 cup servings.
