Ingredients

    1/4 cup egg beater
    1 tbsp shredded fat free cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup black beans
    1 tbsb salsa
    la tortilla factory 100 calorie tortilla
    1 tbsp hormel real bacon bits
    1 tsp cumin divided
    1 tbsp reduced fat or fat free cottage cheese

Directions

Heat non-stick pan over medium heat
spray with cooking spray and add bacon pieces and 1/2 tsp of cumin and cook until fragrant
meanwhile wisk together egg beaters and cottage cheese.
Scramble eggs over medium heat and salsa, and black beans
Put egg mixture in the center of the tortilla and top with cheese.
Fold the tortilla and enjoy
