Ingredients

    200g chicken breast, chopped/cubed
    127ml can old el paso chopped green chiles
    1/3 c chopped red bell peppers
    1 tbsp fajita seasoning
    1/2 c frozen yellow corn
    1 c black beans drained and rinsed
    1 c brown rice cooked

Directions

Spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Heat skillet and add chicken breast. Cook until lightly browned. Add fajita seasoning, chopped chiles, red peppers, corn beans and rice and heat through. Serve in soft tortilla wraps with sour cream and cheese or as is.
